• Lead Technical Analyst for 2 Scrum Teams and 1 Kanban Team working on multiple, concurrent, enterprise application and database implementation projects.
• Converted legacy relationship marketing software and email platform applications for integration with StrongView, formerly StrongMail.
• Led the analysis, requirements gathering, user story creation, grooming and prioritization of work to develop a native java application on Oracle DB to support email marketing workflow, survey processes, data extraction for billing, invoice processing, and reward point allocations.
• Provided data mapping for a conversion from Informix to Oracle DB.
• Developed Conceptual Models along with project stakeholders, prior to modeling the logical structure using Embarcadero’s ER studio.
• Documented source to target mapping for data lineage among impacted systems, along with data warehouse, database developer, and data governance experts.
• Triaged new work requests and production incidents for internal-corporate and franchisee-facing portal applications, and third-party property management systems
• Worked with Lead Developer and Architect on an Oracle Service Bus project to convert reservation system confirmation and cancellation emails, including, Writing API documentation, Wrote WSDL’s, set up JMS queues, set up local weblogic servers.
• Set up Eclipse Helios IDE, with Oracle Enterprise Pack for Eclipse OEPE), Weblogic 12g, and Oracle DB instances for configuration of SOA services.
• Integrated development environment with Maven and Jenkins for continuous Integration.
• Led Analysis for integration project with another resort company using TimeShareWare to utilize proprietary PMS system based on OTA specification.
